I tried the camera and it worked great, until the third time in the field when it just shut off, quit working altogether, I am really diappointed with it. I am going to attempt to call moultrie and get some help with it, and will up date this comment. I rated it two stars until I find out what the deal it with it, as far as taking pics its great, will get back to ya’s, Keith

This camera takes excellent pictures, battery life is good and the sensor works great. The only issue I have is that the SD card and the port for connection the USB cable are difficult to reach inside the access compartment. I usually have to remove the battery cover and batteries to get to them. I’ve been using this camera in subzero temperatures and it is still working great, the LCD is a bit slow to turn on but works.

The camera works great but would be nicer if it was redesigned to get the memory card out of it easier. I am not as pleased with Moultrie’s security box which I purchased along with the camera which is supposed to fit the camera but does not fit very well and makes it difficult to take the box apart and then the camera to retrieve the memory card.

Well YOu know what the old saying goes you get what you pay for, Well i did not what to spent over 200 bucks on a camera so i got this one and i love it! take a look at the pics i uploaded on product photo view’s

I’ve been using it for about a month. so far so good. Some reviews had noted that earlier models had poor performance during dusk and dawn. This appears to have been fixed by Moultrie software update, as it has taken pictures under those conditions with good result. You do need small fingers to pull the card out, but I’ve been able to manage fine.
